Kids' Yoga Club

Stretch, breathe, and relax in our Kids’ Yoga Club! This fun and engaging club introduces children to yoga through playful movements, mindfulness activities, and relaxation techniques. Students will improve flexibility, balance, and focus while learning how to manage stress and emotions in a positive way. Through storytelling, music, and creative poses, kids will build confidence, body awareness, and a sense of calm. Join us for a joyful journey of movement and mindfulness!
